Developing Common Learning Resources for IWT
1System 4IWT aims to build a resilient and futureproof learning system for students and professionals in inland waterway transport (IWT), offering personalized learning experiences and ensuring continuity in education and training.
This work package focuses on creating shared, accessible educational resources, including video tutorials, documentation, and interactive modules tailored to different roles in the sector. Inspired by previous projects like COMPETING, Danube Skills, HINT, and NELI, WP3 promotes co-creation and open sharing of materials—ensuring they can evolve and circulate within the broader IWT education and business ecosystem.
A survey conducted among partners (99 respondents) helped evaluate current user behavior and needs, providing a solid foundation for developing relevant and engaging content.
The ultimate goal: to deliver user-centric, sustainable, and transnational vocational and lifelong learning materials for the IWT sector.
